GREG ROSS offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. We strive to ensure every piece meets our high standards of quality and design aesthetic.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our studio receives and inspects the garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
